Leon V. Roubinian is the lead attorney with Roubinian Law Group. His experience spans all phases of civil litigation, from investigating potential claims and defenses to drafting appellate briefs. After associating with well-established Bay Area litigation law firms for over five years, Mr. Roubinian founded Roubinian Law Group in March of 2009 to implement his vision of delivering cost-effective and creative solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. In 2003, Mr. Roubinian earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, and was admitted to the State Bar of California that year. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Roubinian pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, obtaining a double major in Economics and Sociology (with distinction).
Mr. Roubinian's accomplishments during law school include selection as an Articles Editor for UC Davis Law Review. He also served as a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission, where he worked with other attorneys to investigate potential mergers in the cable television and hospital industries. Additionally, he clerked for an employment law firm, focusing on discrimination cases involving large corporations.

RECENT SUCCESSES
Represented plaintiff in lawsuit against defendant guarantors of a loan. After obtaining judgment in an amount over $800,000, Roubinian Law Group successfully resisted defendants' attempts to set aside the judgment.
Represented defendant in lawsuit concerning dispute over alleged unpaid workers compensation insurance premiums of over $60,000. Defendant was dismissed from the litigation after Mr. Roubinian filed a motion for summary judgment.
Represented defendant against plaintiff insurance company's claims for subrogation damages resulting from flooding of condominium complex. The case was dismissed after Roubinian Law Group propounded initial discovery.
